Sensitive Species
Sensitive species are one considered vunerable to collectors so are predominantly reptiles and butterflys. The biodiversity manger may be quite happy to release these sightings if he considers that such a threat is not present in his area.
Similarlly a biodiversity manger plagued by collectors of one species, such as a tortoise, may decide to withold sightings to protect that species in his area.
Whenever a sighting is made an email summary report is sent to the biodiversity manger with sufficient information to help him make a decision.
